Karen and Bryan Walman while expecting their 3rd child, get an ultrasound which reveals that the baby boy had Down’s syndrome and ‘High drops’, a condition which made his body swell up with body fluids. The boy was born on the 35th week by C-Section. The couple was happy that their boy was at least alive. His condition worsened and was kept on treatment as one of his kidneys failed. Karen hoped for a miracle as she even wanted to rock her baby for the last time if the worst was happen. After 6 months of intensive care he made a miraculous recovery and made it home. He was named Renner and the couple was happy that they got their child back. Although he still uses oxygen tubes since he had a weak lung due to his time spent with the ventilator on at the time of his birth, it is still a delight to see him running around.
